The Premise: You know them. You love them. It's the cast of Pocket Monsters! If you're unsure of the premise... eh, nevermind.
Apply: If you'd like to join the insane little clientele, please send a submission to jessierocket02@yahoo.com that includes a little bit on why you'd like to play them and your url if you have one. Positions still open include:
Sakkai - Giovanni
Miyamoto - Jessie's Mom
Madame Boss - Giovanni's Mom
Takeshi - Brock
Kenjii - Tracey
Toru - Todd
Masaki - Bill
Junsa - Jenny
Joi - Joy
Ookaido-Hakase - Professor Oak
Uchikido-Hakase - Professor Ivy
Utsugi-Hakase - Professor Elm
Hanako - Ash's Mom
Spots are filling up fast! If there's someone that's not on the list that you'd like to play, you can submit them. I'll give you fair warning I'll probably reject any one-shots that don't have any background or purpose. The obscure rockets are an exception because they have history and a plot and whatnot. Anyone like that I'll probably accept.
IMPORTANT: This blog is open and live again as of 11/24/02! Feel free to join as one of the open characters! Current members: remember that you must post at least once in the one month's time or else you will lose your character. Also, if you are a member and did not recieve an E-mail from me, please feel free to start posting again as well... I apologize for losing your address -_-;
The Players:
Musashi - The female half of the Rocket Dan. She's got beauty, uh... brains... eh, and a teeny temper. We listened when she requested first spot on the cast list.
website of choice: Rose Tints My World
Kojiro - The male half of the Rocket Dan. He has an affinity for eh, well... let's just say he likes to eat, drink, and be Mary.
website of choice: Krad
Nyasu - He's top cat! Don't tell him anything different or he'll be upset. He's also the Rocket Dan mascot. He won't divulge why they're listed first, either.
website of choice: candle-autumn.net
Soonasu - This healthy little specimen is what Musashi got in exchange for Beroringa. It's slowly working out a plan to take Nyasu out of comission.
website of choice: blaksheep.net
Yamato - This is the... other female rocket grunt that we see. Suspiciously like Musashi except blonde. Is usually seen being carted off to jail.
website of choice: Rinbu Revolution
Kosaburo - This would be Yamato's male partner, obviously Rocket. Takes orders from Yamato and is also frequently foiled and encarcerated.
website of choice: Rinbu Revolution
Sakkai - The current head of the Rocket Dan. Usually seen wearing a red suit, a scowl, and accompanied by a persian.
website of choice: (something)
Miyamoto - Jessie's mum. She was a former Rocket grunt under Madame Boss's direction. Last seen in the alps with an avelance bearing down on her.
website of choice: (something)
Madame Boss - The former head of the Rocket Dan, also Sakkai's mother. We have yet to see her actual face.
website of choice: (something)
Mondo - An assistant to Musashi and Kojiro. Worships the ground they walk on, especially Kojiro. He has a metamon and is not afraid to use it.
website of choice: Heroic Action, Please?
Rumika - Kojiro's obsessed fiancee. Pilots a Vileplume. She's here because I like her.
website of choice: Innuendo
Satoshi - The main character. Often called Jari-boy. Mysteriously listed 12th on this list. Has an odd habit of releasing powerful pokemon.
website of choice: lucidify.com
Kasumi - The main female in the little clientele. A water pokemon gym leader. Has a high tolerance for small whiny pokemon.
website of choice:
Takeshi - The adult-like person that follows Satoshi and Kasumi around. Has an apparent Lolita complex and is a very avid pokemon breeder.
website of choice: (something)
Kenjii - An artist who likes to constantly draw pokemon. Has a Mariru that's very fond of him. His red headband is a source of amusement for many.
website of choice: (something)
Toru - It's widely believed that Kenjii is actually Toru in disguise. Toru was an obsessive pokemon photographer. The only difference between the two other than looks is that Kenjii draws and Toru photographs.
website of choice: (something)
Masaki - Also known as a Pokemaniac. Only appears in one episode of the Anime, but is in with our group because he appears in the manga and video game as well.
website of choice: (something)
Junsa - Name for a wide variety of police officers that look exactly alike. You can be sure if Takeshi is in the area, he will go wild.
website of choice: (something)
Joi - See Junsa. Replace "Junsa" with "Joi."
website of choice: (something)
Ookaido-Hakase - The resident Pokemon Guru of the Indigo league. If it weren't for this fellow, Satoshi would not have Pikachu. 'Nuff said.
website of choice: (something)
Uchikido-Hakase - A FEMALE professor, the resident Pokemon Guru of the Orange League. Takeshi served as her assistant for awhile. She scared him. Badly.
website of choice: (something)
Utsugi-Hakase - The resident Pokemon Guru of the Johto league. I can't think of anything smart to say about him o_O;
website of choice: (something)
Hiroshi - Satoshi's rival in the Indigo League. He owns a Pikachu JUST like Satoshi's. Named his Hitokage after a brand of lighter.
website of choice: blaksheep.net
Shigeru - Ookaido-Hakase's grandson, cocky rival of Satoshi. Is smited time and time again, but never really learns anything. We love him dearly.
website of choice:
Hanako - Satoshi's loving mother, lives with a Bariyaado named "Mimie." Yes, I know that's dub stuff, but it's entertaining anyway. Happens to show up in many places with Ookaido-Hakase.
